Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

    •    Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

    •    Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

ODA is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:

    1.    Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

    2.    Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is lost, please contact us and we will help assist with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend.
